The following online communities provide information and support for auditory processing disorder.

We have listed all communities we have found, regardless of country of origin. If there is one thing we know about the APD community, it is a global community. Feel free to participate in any community, regardless of where you life.

(Central) Auditory Processing Disorder (Facebook)
This very active group has over 800 members who regularly talk. It is a mixture of parents looking for ideas to help their kids and adults who live with CAPD.

APDUK (Auditory Processing Disorder UK)
APDUK is trying to promote an increased understanding of APD in the UK by both the professional establishment, especially in the fields of education and employment, and the general public.

Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) - (Facebook)
Another group that is general discussions and information sharing from parents and people with APD.

Shadow Syndrome Kids
This list is intended only for parents or family members of MILDLY affected children of varying syndromes/disorders who feel that many of the other email lists are too strong or do not give you the right support. We will be open to discuss education, health, all other issues.
